Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Our client based in the Chester area is currently looking for a Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.  The ideal candidate will be responsible supporting and driving sales growth across both retail and commercial markets.

 

Performance Objectives

·         Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.

·         Prepare and submit quotations, estimates and tenders in line with customer requirements.

·         Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers

·         Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the company CRM system.

·         Liaise with internal departments including Operations, Production and Transport to ensure customer expectations are met.

·         Assist customers with product selection and provide technical and commercial guidance where required.

·         Support branch operations and contribute to achieving individual and branch sales targets.

 

Person Specification

·         Proven experience in a sales, customer service or business support role.

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·         Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

·         Ability to build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships.

·         Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Full UK driving licence and access to own transport due to branch location.

·         Previous B2B sales experience.
