<div class="description">What are the working hours?
The normal working week is 37.5 paid hours.
What breaks will I get?
You will receive a 30-minute paid lunch break plus two 15-minute unpaid breaks during your shift.
Is overtime available?
Yes! Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates:
1.3x after 37.5 hours
1.5x for Saturdays
2x for Sundays and bank holidays
What PPE do I need to wear?
Hi-vis, safety shoes and safety goggles must be worn on site.
Don't worry about the hi-vis or safety goggles — these are provided for you.
What type of contract is available?
The roles are offered on a temporary ongoing basis. However, exceptional candidates may have the opportunity to be offered a permanent contract.</div>

We have been supporting a leading manufacturing company in Wrexham with all levels of staff and as they have had a reorganisation within their HR Department, they are now looking for an HR Generalist to report to the General Manager - HR

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li class="MsoNormal">Recruitment &amp; Onboarding -&nbsp;Assist with job descriptions, post openings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, draft offer letters, and run smooth new-hire orientations</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Employee Relations&nbsp; Act as an advisor to management on performance reviews, coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary or grievance investigations</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Benefits &amp; Payroll Support - Support their existing Payroll Officer with the administration of payroll for temporary and permanent staff</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Training &amp; Development: -&nbsp;Coordinate training sessions, monitor progress and update all employee records with training</li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt;">Offboarding: Conduct exit interviews, manage paperwork, and process departures cleanly</li>

Skills needed
