Job description
My client have several sites across Wrexham and due to reorganisation and an increase of orders in their business, they are now looking for a Warehouse Administrator
Duties will include
- Stock Tracking: Log incoming goods, update inventory databases, and help count physical stock.
- Order Processing: Print pick lists, packing slips, and shipping labels.
- Transport Booking: Schedule courier pickups and coordinate delivery times with drivers and transport partners.
- Team Communication: Talk with customer service, sales, and suppliers about delayed or missing orders.
- Record Keeping: File delivery notes, create daily logs, and write inventory reports
Skills
- You must have a background in warehousing
- Flexible with duties as there maybe warehouse duties including packing as well as admin duties
- Be able to work 5 days a week
- Computer skills
This role is temporary with a view to going permanent
Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm with an early finish on Fridays HOWEVER, my client will accommodate 8am-2pm hours too
