General Operatives

Gap Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with new client in their search for multiple general operatives located in Oswestry. This is on an ongoing basis working 37.5 hours per week.

 

THE ROLE

Duties include:

• ·         Quality assurance and safety checks on completed products prior to delivery to customers.
• ·         Identify and resolve issues on products.
• ·         Ensure that all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate.
• ·         Ensure that all equipment is prepped, cleaned and ready for shipment.
• ·         Maintain work area, ensuring proper clean up after inspections are complete.
• ·         Report any safety issues immediately to management.
• ·         Support other team members as required to ensure deadlines are met and work is completed to a high standard. 

Requirements:

• ·         Minimum 12 months of previous work experience in a role in a similar environment
• ·         Mechanical aptitude
• ·         Detail orientated
• ·         Ability to identify and resolve issues
• ·         Highly organised and motivated to achieve agreed objectives
• ·         Exceptional attention to detail
• ·         Ability to work to tight deadlines, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

      

Hours of work & Pay rate:

Monday - Friday – 8:00am – 4:30pm (potential overtime available)

From £12.71 per hour
