Job description
Gap personnel are currently recruiting for Machine Operators - for our well established client in Dudley DY1.
Shifts: Monday to Friday on a weekly rotation
6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm
Pay: £12+ per hour, depending of experience
Duties:
- Undertake investigations and firts line trouble shooting to ensure the machinery runs to its optimum
- Making sure that the [roduction is operating smooth and correctly
- Perform start-up and close down procedures
- Deliver a daily plan for departament
- Monitor and improve product quality, maintain, monitor and achieve operational targets
- Complete line quality checks, continously identify and implement workplace departament
About candidate:
- Good manufacturing background
- Machine operative experience
- Good timekeeping
- Ability to work to written instructions, understanding verbal ones
- Attention to details
