Paint Sprayer PM

Gap personnel are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Paint Sprayer to join our well established client based in Oldbury with an immediate start !

 

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience working on high-quality coated components who takes pride in producing outstanding finishes and maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix paint in accordance with specified mixing ratios.
• Apply paint coatings to the correct thicknesses as stated in process documentation.
• Ensure painted finishes meet customer quality standards and internal specifications.
• Maintain daily production output targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Support the team in achieving production and quality targets.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a paint sprayer, ideally within the automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to interpret and follow process documentation.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:

• £16 – 18 per hour depending on experience  Night shift plus additional £1 shift allowance.

Working hours:

• Afternoon shift 14:00 – 00:00 Monday to Thursday.

Requirements:

• Own transport is essential, as public transport is not available at the end of the shift (00:00).
• Experience in paint spraying is essential
