Exeter | £28,000 – £32,000 per year | Full-Time, Permanent

We’re hiring an Account Manager to join a growing Commercial Team based in Exeter.
This is a client-facing role with a strong administrative focus — perfect for someone highly organised, great with people, and confident working with data and internal processes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a portfolio of commercial clients
• Handling day-to-day client communication and support
• Preparing reports, documentation, and service reviews
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
• Assisting with contract management, renewals, and scheduling
• Occasional European/international travel

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in account management or commercial administration
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
• Confident with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Comfortable working to deadlines and managing priorities
• Based in or able to commute to Exeter
