<div class="description">What are the working hours?
The normal working week is 37.5 paid hours.
What breaks will I get?
You will receive a 30-minute paid lunch break plus two 15-minute unpaid breaks during your shift.
Is overtime available?
Yes! Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates:
1.3x after 37.5 hours
1.5x for Saturdays
2x for Sundays and bank holidays
What PPE do I need to wear?
Hi-vis, safety shoes and safety goggles must be worn on site.
Don't worry about the hi-vis or safety goggles — these are provided for you.
What type of contract is available?
The roles are offered on a temporary ongoing basis. However, exceptional candidates may have the opportunity to be offered a permanent contract.</div>

We are currently recruiting experienced and motivated Bendi Forklift Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation in Basildon. This is a great opportunity for reliable individuals with previous Bendi forklift experience who are looking to join a hardworking and professional team.Job Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Operating a Bendi forklift safely and efficiently within the warehouse.</li><li>Loading and unloading deliveries and vehicles.</li><li>Moving, handling and stacking pallets and stock in designated storage areas.</li><li>Replenishing warehouse locations and ensuring stock is stored correctly.</li><li>Picking and moving goods as required to support daily warehouse operations.</li><li>Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.</li><li>Carrying out daily equipment safety checks and reporting any faults or damage.</li><li>Following all warehouse procedures, health and safety regulations and safe working practices.</li><li>Working closely with warehouse colleagues and supervisors to meet daily targets.</li></ul>
Requirements<ul>
<li>A valid and recognised Bendi forklift licence.</li><li>Previous experience operating a Bendi forklift in a warehouse environment.</li><li>Good awareness of warehouse health and safety procedures.</li><li>Ability to manoeuvre the truck safely in narrow aisles and busy warehouse areas.</li><li>Good attention to detail when handling stock and moving pallets.</li><li>A reliable, punctual and positive attitude.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Willingness to support general warehouse duties when required.</li></ul>
