Hours: Monday to Friday 2.00pm-10.00pm

Hourly rate: £14.00 per hour

gap personnel Bristol are operating as an employment business and currently looking to recruit a FLT Driver/ Food Packing Operative for a clean room environment to join our health food manufacturing client based in Bristol (BS31). As a FLT Driver/ Food Packing Operative, you will join a team where you will become a key and valued member providing support to key operations.

Please note: you will be working around ingredients that may contain nuts and dairy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading/ unloading & moving stock around
• Follow written and verbal instructions to complete daily production tasks
• Accurately weighing out ingredients
• Work in a cleanroom environment wearing full gown and gloves (PPE provided)
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Operate manual and semi-automated equipment safely
• Meet production targets by following procedures and process sheets
• Support continuous improvement and teamwork across production lines

About You:

• Forklift licence

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working around nut and dairy products
• Team player with good communication skills
• Physically fit and great attention to detail
• Basic computer and maths skills
• Able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
