Onsite Account Manager

Location: Based in the Bristol office, BS32 - onsite client check in's required 1-2 times a week, BS40 (Blagdon)
Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday 
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

We're looking for an ambitious Onsite Account Manager to support a key client based in Blagdon, bust based out of the Bristol office. Whether you're an experienced Account Manager, a Senior Recruitment Consultant looking for a new challenge, or a Recruitment Consultant ready to take the next step into an onsite role, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and developing relationships with a key onsite client
• Taking ownership of recruitment and workforce management activities
• Conducting regular customer meetings, presentations, and service reviews
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure outstanding service delivery
• Managing customer forecasts and working closely with supply chain teams to maximise fulfilment
• Producing and maintaining accurate management information and reporting for weekly and monthly reviews
• Identifying opportunities to enhance service levels and add value to the client relationship

What We're Looking For

• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within industrial recruitment
• Ability to analyse data and spot trends, opportunities, and solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Competency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
