Job description
We are currently hiring Food Production Packing Operatives for a clean Room environment to join our health food manufacturing client based in Bristol (BS31).
No previous experience is required – full training will be provided. If you have a passion for healthy food, enjoy hands-on work, and can maintain strong attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you!
Please note: you will be working around ingredients that may contain nuts and dairy.
Shifts –
- Monday to Friday 6am - 2.15pm x2 - £12.71ph
- Monday to Friday 2pm – 10pm x1 - £13.71ph
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow written and verbal instructions to complete daily production tasks
- Accurately weighing out ingredients
- Work in a cleanroom environment wearing full gown and gloves (PPE provided)
- Maintain food hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Operate manual and semi-automated equipment safely
- Meet production targets by following procedures and process sheets
- Support continuous improvement and teamwork across production lines
About You:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working around nut and dairy products
- Team player with good communication skills
- Physically fit and great attention to detail
- Basic computer and maths skills
- Able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
