Production Operator – Rumney, Cardiff
We’re recruiting Production Operators for a busy processing environment in Rumney, Cardiff. This isn’t standard production work, it’s fast‑paced, physical, and requires excellent attention to detail.
About the Role
You’ll be working in a high‑volume environment where accuracy, speed, and consistency are key. The role involves heavy lifting, sorting, checking, and handling products throughout the shift. Full training is provided, and this position offers a temp to perm pathway for reliable workers.
Shift Options
Choose the pattern that suits you best:
- Sunday to Wednesday
- Wednesday to Sunday
Hours: 7am–6pm (4 days per week)
Pay & Benefits
- £12.75 per hour
