Job description
Role: Warehouse Picker
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13 - £15.34 per hour
Location: Cardiff
Shifts: 10-hour shifts. Candidates must be available to work some weekends (8:00am – 6:00pm / 12:00pm – 10:00pm / 5:00pm – 3:00am)
We are looking for a Warehouse Picker to join our busy and fast-paced warehouse team. This is a physically demanding role that requires energy, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking products accurately from the correct warehouse locations
- Using handheld scanners to scan and track items
- Placing products in the correct designated locations
- Sorting stock efficiently and preparing items for dispatch
- Stocking shelves and replenishing inventory as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
About you:
- Previous warehouse or picking experience is preferred
- Experience using handheld scanners is an advantage
- Reliable and punctual
- Keen to learn new skills
- Able to work quickly and independently
- Good attention to detail
- Positive, professional, and hardworking attitude
