Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

Location: Chesterfield (Own transport may be required depending on your location)

Job Description:

Are you an experienced 360 Driver looking for your next role? We’re hiring for a 360 Driver to join a busy and growing Recycling Centre in Chesterfield.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys operating machinery, working outdoors, and being part of a productive, safety-conscious team.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience operating a 360 excavator (essential)

• Good understanding of site safety and working in a recycling or industrial environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions

Note: Licenses or formal qualifications are not required for this role, but experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a 360 excavator to move, sort, and load recyclable materials

• Supporting day-to-day operations at the recycling centre

• Performing basic equipment checks and maintaining machinery cleanliness

• Following all health and safety procedures

• Assisting with other yard duties as required

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Benefits:
