About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and detail-focused CRM Executive to join a busy and collaborative marketing team.
You’ll take the lead on email and SMS marketing activity, delivering engaging, targeted, and commercially driven campaigns that speak directly to customers. From concept through to delivery and optimisation, you’ll play a key role in shaping how customers interact with the brand every day.
Working closely with design, digital trade, and retail marketing teams, you’ll help bring campaigns to life using insight, creativity, and strong execution skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and deliver CRM campaigns across email and SMS from start to finish
- Build, test, and optimise engaging communications using Klaviyo
- Develop smart audience segments to improve targeting and campaign performance
- Create clear, creative briefs that inspire design teams and ensure brand consistency
- Monitor campaign results and continuously improve performance through A/B testing
- Analyse customer behaviour and journey data to enhance automated flows and increase revenue
- Work closely with the Group CRM Manager to support wider CRM strategy
- Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure campaigns land at the right time with the right message
- Stay ahead of CRM trends, tools, and GDPR best practice
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years’ experience in CRM or email marketing
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Klaviyo highly desirable)
- Confident using Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
- Clear and confident communicator who can work effectively across teams

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:45am – 17:30pm
Location: Plymouth, Devon
