Customer Service Advisor
Exeter, Devon
Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm
£29,000 per annum + Benefits
The Role
Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a positive attitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and support while ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
- Handling customer enquiries and providing updates
- Booking appointments and coordinating schedules
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing general administrative support
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or an office-based role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
