gap personnel Exeter, are currently recruiting for a Production Operative for a temp to perm placement based on the outskirts of Crediton, Devon.

 

You will be joining an award winning 14 generation family run farm. The company have been committed to producing hand-crafted products for decades.

 

As a Dairy Assistant your duties will include:

• To work on the production line making, pressing, turning, and cleaning.
• To be prepared to work across all production environments such as by-products, store, and packing.
• Some forklift truck driving.
• Responsible for communicating issues/problems with the person who can resolve them with the aim of continuous improvement.
• Take up new methods, duties and responsibilities as required.

 

About You:

• Keen eye for detail
• Good hand/eye coordination
• Previous experience working within a dairy environment would be advantageous.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Physically fit – this role involves heavy lifting.

Working Hours & Pay:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 0700am – 1500pm
• £12.60 per hour

Operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business.
