We are seeking experienced Electrical Engineers with strong PLC and Drive expertise to join our team in Port Talbot. This role requires flexibility with working hours to meet the demands of the business, and offers a competitive salary package negotiable based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, and maintain electrical control systems, including PLCs and variable frequency drives (VFDs)

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical and control system faults

• Work closely with production and engineering teams to optimize system performance

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and electrical regulations

• Support commissioning, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and wiring diagrams

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings

• Strong hands-on experience with PLC programming and drive systems

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be flexible and adaptable with working hours to meet operational needs

• Commitment to safety and quality standards
