The Opportunity

This role focuses on account management and service delivery, giving you the chance to use your recruitment experience in a client-facing role without the heavy sales focus.

You’ll be responsible for managing an established client account, ensuring staffing needs are met, maintaining service levels, and building a strong long-term partnership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the day-to-day relationship with a key client
• Coordinating recruitment activity to meet staffing requirements
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Managing bookings, fulfilment, and workforce planning
• Resolving issues quickly and professionally
• Monitoring KPIs and service performance
• Supporting candidates through the recruitment process
• Delivering an excellent overall client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience (agency, on-site, resourcing or internal)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Solutions-focused with a proactive attitude
• Enjoys client service and operational delivery
• Looking for a role with less emphasis on sales/new business
