The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative to join a successful, privately owned company based in Cullompton.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be trained across multiple areas of the manufacturing process. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a role with variety and wants to develop new skills rather than doing repetitive work.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery and production equipment
• Working across different stages of the manufacturing process
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Packing and preparing goods for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

About You

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is beneficial but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
