Forklift Driver
Location: Ammanford
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Overtime: Paid after 8 hours per day
Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm
Contract: Temp to Perm
About the Role
A busy warehouse operation in Ammanford is looking for an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver to support daily warehouse activities. This role is ideal for someone confident operating FLT equipment, comfortable in a fast‑paced environment, and committed to maintaining high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
- Loading, unloading, and moving stock across the warehouse
- Supporting goods‑in and goods‑out processes
- Maintaining accurate stock movement and following site procedures
- Ensuring work areas remain clean, tidy, and hazard‑free
- Assisting the warehouse team with general duties when required
Requirements
- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach)
- Previous warehouse experience
- Strong awareness of health & safety
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
