<div class="description">What are the working hours?
The normal working week is 37.5 paid hours.
What breaks will I get?
You will receive a 30-minute paid lunch break plus two 15-minute unpaid breaks during your shift.
Is overtime available?
Yes! Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates:
1.3x after 37.5 hours
1.5x for Saturdays
2x for Sundays and bank holidays
What PPE do I need to wear?
Hi-vis, safety shoes and safety goggles must be worn on site.
Don't worry about the hi-vis or safety goggles — these are provided for you.
What type of contract is available?
The roles are offered on a temporary ongoing basis. However, exceptional candidates may have the opportunity to be offered a permanent contract.</div>

Key Responsibilities<ul class="text">
<li>Loading and unloading lorries safely and efficiently</li><li>Operating a Reach &amp; Counterbalance FLT in line with health and safety regulations</li><li>Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse and production areas</li><li>Stacking, wrapping, labelling, and preparing pallets for dispatch</li><li>Carrying out goods-in and goods-out procedures accurately</li><li>Conducting daily FLT safety checks and reporting any faults or maintenance issues</li><li>Assisting with stock control and inventory checks</li><li>Ensuring warehouse areas are kept clean, organised, and hazard-free</li><li>Picking, packing, and preparing orders where required</li><li>Supporting the wider warehouse team with general operational duties</li><li>Following all company procedures relating to health &amp; safety, quality, and compliance</li><li>Completing relevant paperwork and updating records accurately</li><li>Manual handling duties, including heavy lifting (up to 25kg) and moving products safely.</li></ul>
