<div class="description">What are the working hours?
The normal working week is 37.5 paid hours.
What breaks will I get?
You will receive a 30-minute paid lunch break plus two 15-minute unpaid breaks during your shift.
Is overtime available?
Yes! Overtime is available and paid at enhanced rates:
1.3x after 37.5 hours
1.5x for Saturdays
2x for Sundays and bank holidays
What PPE do I need to wear?
Hi-vis, safety shoes and safety goggles must be worn on site.
Don't worry about the hi-vis or safety goggles — these are provided for you.
What type of contract is available?
The roles are offered on a temporary ongoing basis. However, exceptional candidates may have the opportunity to be offered a permanent contract.</div>

Key Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Safely load and unload containers using a Counterbalance FLT.</li><li>Move pallets and rotate stock between departments.</li><li>Carry out general warehouse duties, including palletising products ready for dispatch.</li><li>Adhere to all site Health &amp; Safety procedures and safe working practices.</li><li>Support production operations when required.</li></ul>
About You<ul>
<li>Must hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence and a full UK driving licence.</li><li>Previous experience working within a warehouse or production environment is essential.</li><li>Flexible and willing to work as a Production Operator when required.</li><li>Able to work to strict dispatch and delivery deadlines.</li><li>Comfortable with manual handling and lifting duties.</li><li>Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team.</li></ul>
