Gap Personnel is recruiting for Food Production Operatives on behalf of our client, a respected seafood manufacturer based in Paignton.

Please note: As this is a seafood environment, there is a natural smell of crab in the factory. It’s not unpleasant, but candidates should be comfortable working in this setting.

The Role:

• Preparing, processing, and packing crab products on the production line
• Labelling and quality checking finished goods
• Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards at all times
• Assisting with general production and cleaning duties

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous food production experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided
• Comfortable working in a seafood environment
• Good attention to detail and ability to work at pace
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

Benefits:

• Consistent hours: 07:00 – until Finish, Monday to Friday
