Forklift Counterbalance Driver

£13.00 per hour 
⏰ Mon–Fri | Rotating Shifts

  • Week 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Week 2: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

 Own Transport Essential (Split-Site Work)

Gap Personnel is recruiting an experienced Forklift Counterbalance Driver to support warehouse operations across two Norwich sites. Temporary role with strong chance to go permanent.

What You’ll Do

  • Load and unload goods safely

  • Store pallets in correct warehouse locations

  • Support stock rotation and inventory accuracy

  • Assist with inbound and outbound goods

  • Check deliveries against paperwork

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid Forklift Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR)

  • Previous experience in warehouse or logistics role

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Able to work efficiently under pressure

  • Reliable own transport to travel between sites
