Warehouse Operative

Gap personnel are working with a great client in Kettering NN14 area and looking for a Warehouse operative to join our client on a full-time temp to perm basis.

You’ll working as part of our Warehouse team to help with all types of goods in and out.

Due to location own transport would be beneficial.

This role will involve heavey lifting.

Days of work are Monday to Friday

Shifts are 06:00AM to 14:00PM or 14:00PM to 22:00PM

37.5 hours per week,

Pay £12.76 PH Overtime pay £19.14

Job Responsibilities:

- Picking products/orders accurately whilst ensuring picking targets are achieved.

- Moving stock around the warehouse.

- Loading/Unloading goods.

- Quality checking orders

- Supporting production/ goods out team

- Keep accurate records.

- Carry out general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse.

- Work within the H&S requirements of the site

- Please note, this can be a physically demanding job.

- No matter what task you are doing, there is always a focus on safety, quality, and hygiene to ensure our customers receive the best possible products.

About you:

- Previous experience of working within a picking environment

- Demonstrate practical skills.

- Good numeracy skills - Counting is a key part of this role.

- Work under pressure and to deadlines

- Work as part of a team and independently
