Mobile Cleaner – Norwich | Permanent | £24,000–£25,000 per annum | 37 Hours per Week

Gap Personnel, operating as an Employment Business, is currently recruiting a reliable and detail-oriented Mobile Cleaner on a permanent basis for our client based in Norwich. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness across a variety of locations.

As a Mobile Cleaner, you will be responsible for carrying out cleaning duties at different sites, including offices, car parks, public toilets, sheltered housing, and events. This varied role requires flexibility, good time management, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow health and safety regulations rigorously to ensure a safe working environment

  • Adhere strictly to cleaning schedules to maintain high standards across all assigned locations

  • Use cleaning equipment safely and correctly

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the management team

  • Complete required paperwork accurately and promptly

  • Attend training sessions and be willing to take on additional duties as needed

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven previous experience in cleaning roles

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to quality

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

  • A full, valid UK driving licence is essential due to the mobile nature of the role

Working Hours & Salary:

  • 37 hours per week

  • Salary range: £24,000 to £25,000 per annum
