✨ Your Next Career Move Starts Here

At Howmet Aerospace, we’re known for building the future — literally. From jet engines to industrial gas turbines, our components require precision, care, and craftsmanship. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for detail-oriented, hands-on individuals to join our Ceramic Core team as Manufacturing Operators. Whether you're already experienced in manufacturing or looking to launch a new, rewarding career, we provide the tools and support you need to thrive.

️ What You’ll Do

  • Prioritise Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) — your safety always comes first.
  • Carry out delicate, hands-on tasks with precision and care for quality.
  • Work closely with your teammates in a supportive, close-knit environment.
  • Read and interpret technical/engineering drawings (we’ll train you!).
  • Assist with setup and transfer of parts across production areas like Press and Kiln.
  • Handle small, intricate components using steady hands and fine motor skills.
  • Prepare parts for 3D scanning and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
  • Be adaptable — pitch in wherever needed to keep production running smoothly.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

  • Hands-on, satisfying work that makes a real impact on high-performance aerospace parts.
  • A workplace that values your strengths — like patience, attention to detail, and teamwork.
  • Training provided — whether you’re upskilling or starting fresh, we’ve got your back.
  • Opportunities to grow and build a long-term career in advanced manufacturing.
  • Join a company that values inclusion, safety, and shared success.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability in your work.
  • Comfortable using your hands and working with small, delicate parts.
  • Open to learning — especially how to read technical instructions and drawings.
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Prior manufacturing or engineering experience is great — but not essential.
