This role offers hands-on experience in product finishing — including polishing, deburring, and final inspection — as well as opportunities to contribute to process improvements and problem-solving initiatives within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finish products for final dispatch, ensuring presentation and quality meet customer expectations
- Use tools such as hand polishers to perform fine polishing, deburring, blemish removal, and cleaning
- Conduct final quality checks and inspections with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Ensure every item meets the required customer specifications and internal quality standards
- Follow Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) guidelines with full attention to a clean, safe work environment
- Collaborate within a flexible, multi-skilled team to ensure all finishing tasks are completed efficiently
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities

- Perform other duties as reasonably required to support production and quality goals
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality, accurate work
- Familiarity with polishing or surface finishing tools is helpful — but full training will be provided
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work to specification
- Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and within a small, skilled team
- A proactive mindset with an interest in problem-solving and process improvement
- Understanding of or willingness to learn EH&S and lean manufacturing principles
Why Join Us:
- Be part of a team where craftsmanship and quality matter
- Gain or grow expertise in industrial finishing techniques
- A workplace that values safety, skill development, and efficiency
