<p>We are recruiting an experienced 360 Wheeled Machine Operator or Front Shovel Loader Operator to join a busy heavy‑plant environment in the Cardiff area. This is a long‑term opportunity with consistent daytime hours and excellent overtime rates.</p><p>The Role</p><ul>
<li>Operating 360 wheeled machinery or front‑shovel loading equipment</li><li>Supporting daily site operations in a heavy industrial environment</li><li>Loading vehicles, moving materials, and maintaining safe work areas</li><li>Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting any defects</li><li>Working as part of a reliable, safety‑focused team</li></ul>
<p>Skills &amp; Qualifications Needed</p><ul>
<li>Valid CPCS or NPORS ticket for 360 Wheeled Excavator or Front Shovel</li><li>Experience operating heavy plant machinery in an industrial or construction setting</li><li>Strong awareness of site safety, signalling, and communication</li><li>Ability to work independently and follow site instructions</li><li>Good reliability and timekeeping</li><li>A CSCS card is preferred but not essential</li><li>Fit for work and comfortable with physical, fast‑paced environments</li></ul>
