Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:15pm
Pay Rate: £12.21 – £13.50 per hour (post-probation)

Are you an experienced Laminator looking for a steady, full-time role with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule? We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer specialising in high-performance materials used across a range of industries.

About the Role:

As a Laminator, you will be responsible for working with composite materials, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the lamination process. You’ll work as part of a close-knit production team, contributing to the manufacturing of bespoke, high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Laminating composite materials to precise specifications

• Reading and interpreting work instructions and technical drawings

• Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the process

• Working safely and efficiently as part of a team

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in laminating, composite work, or a manufacturing/production environment

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• A proactive and reliable approach to work
