Location: Llantrisant
Job Title: Bakery Operator
Pay Rate: £12.21
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 6:00am – 2:00pm rotating to 2:00pm – 10:00pm
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Bakery Operator to become part of a reputable company specialising in the production of savoury products and ready meals.
About You:
- Previous bakery or food production experience preferred
- Able to work full time Monday to Friday
- Excellent, professional work ethic
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Own transport due to location
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and handling bakery products in line with recipes and production plans
- Operating bakery machinery and equipment safely
- Monitoring product quality to ensure consistency and standards are met
- Following health and safety and food hygiene regulations
- Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- Ensuring production targets and deadlines are achieved
