What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be at the heart of production—ensuring machines are running smoothly and products meet high-quality standards:

• Operate and monitor production machinery, including industrial printers (if applicable)
• Load materials into pre-programmed machines
• Unload and store finished goods accurately
• Perform quality checks on completed items
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator or working with printing machinery
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
• Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a team-player attitude
• Ability to follow processes and work with minimal supervision

The Perks:

• £12.21 per hour, overtime after 38.5hrs £18.31ph
• Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm (early finish on Fridays!)
• Overtime available and paid after 38.5 hours
