gap personnel are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing and highly successful UK retail business for a Marketing Executive to join their Brand & Marketing team based at their Head Office in Plymouth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the South West’s fastest growing retailers and play a key role in delivering impactful in-store communications and supporting an ambitious store opening programme.

The Role

Working within a fast-paced Brand & Marketing team, you will support all areas of in-store communications, including POS campaigns, promotional materials, and store opening support. You will work closely with internal teams, external agencies, printers, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Collate store nominations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
• Manage and maintain the POS portal, ensuring assets remain current and accurate
• Work closely with buyers to brief promotional creatives and communicate campaigns effectively
• Collaborate with the design team to produce engaging campaigns and POS materials
• Support the coordination of POS packs for new store openings
• Liaise with printers to ensure all store assets are delivered on time and within deadlines
• Work alongside the Social Media and PR teams to support wider marketing campaigns

Candidate Requirements

Essential

• Experience working within a fast-paced environment, delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent communication and partnership-building skills
• Strong copywriting ability and written English skills
• Ability to analyse data and adapt marketing activity based on results
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

Desirable

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
• Experience producing consumer-facing marketing materials
• Degree educated or equivalent
