Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Aberdare
Salary: £45,000 – £52,500 per annum
Shifts: 4 on, 4 off (3 weeks on, followed by 12 days off)

We’re currently recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturing site in the Aberdare area. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established and forward-thinking team, where your expertise will play a key role in the continued reliability and performance of essential production equipment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of industrial machinery
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults and taking corrective action
• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Working collaboratively with production teams to minimise downtime
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills
• Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC or equivalent)
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Flexible and proactive approach to work
