Bench Joiner – Newport
Pay: £15 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 39 per week Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–4:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am–3:00pm
About the Role
A manufacturing workshop is looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join the team on a temp‑to‑perm basis. This role suits someone who takes pride in producing high‑quality joinery and enjoys working in a hands‑on, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out bench joinery tasks to a high standard
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Use hand tools and power tools safely
- Work to production deadlines
- Maintain a tidy and safe workspace
What You Need
- Previous bench joinery experience
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
