Job Role: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Severn Beach, BS35
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am-4:45pm (hybrid)
Salary: £13.46 per hours
Role Type: Permanent

gap personnel Bristol are operating as an employment agency and currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator for our client based in Severn Beach, BS35. As a Customer Service Administrator you will join a team where you will become a key and valued member providing support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales orders and customer requests
  • Resolving client issues and ensuring satisfaction
  • Supporting the sales and logistics teams
  • Maintaining accurate records on the system
