Production Operator – Llantrisant
Shift Work – Full Time
£12.21/hour (Day Shifts) | £13.41/hour (Night Shifts)

Shifts Available:
You must be flexible to work one of the following fixed shifts:
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
- 22:00 – 06:00 (Night rate applies)
Pay Rates:
- £12.21 per hour (Day & Afternoon shifts)
- £13.41 per hour (Night shift)
Main Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery on a busy production line
- Maintaining quality standards and ensuring food safety compliance
- Completing routine checks and paperwork
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
- Supporting your team and contributing to daily production targets
About You:
- Previous factory or production experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
