Production Operative – Swansea Immediate Starts – Day or Night Shifts Available
We’re recruiting reliable production operatives for a busy manufacturing site in Swansea. This is a long‑term, Monday–Friday role with consistent hours and the option to choose day shift or night shift.
Role Overview
You’ll be supporting a fast‑paced production environment, carrying out tasks such as machine operation, packing, quality checks, and general warehouse duties. Full training is provided, and you’ll be working as part of a supportive onsite team.
Shifts (Monday–Friday)
- Day shift: 7am–4pm (Friday 7am–1pm)
- Night shift: 9pm–7am
Pay Rates
- Days: £12.81 per hour
- Nights: £14.35 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operating machinery and production equipment
- Packing and palletising products
- Completing basic quality checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Following supervisor instructions and working efficiently

- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast‑moving environment
- Willingness to learn and follow processes
- Immediate availability
