Production Operative

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to work at a manufacturing site in Rossendale.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced production role that requires a strong work ethic, good practical skills, and common sense. The process is continuous and involves working with machinery and tools in a busy manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working in a constant, hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Setting up and operating tools and machinery, including saws and various machines
• Identifying, recognising, and resolving production issues
• Minimising scrap and maximising production output
• Maintaining quality and safety standards at all times

About You:

• Practical and hands-on, with experience using tools and machinery
• Able to work at speed while maintaining accuracy
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Thursday
• 07:00 – 17:00
• 4 x 10-hour shifts (40 hours per week)

Pay:

• £12.23 per hour
• £1.04 per hour shift allowance

Additional Information:

• Immediate start available
• Candidates must be able to pass a Drugs Test, due to the nature of the machinery on site
