gap personnel are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Exeter (EX5).

The Role

As a Production Operative, you'll be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process by ensuring products are produced safely and efficiently.

Your duties will include:

• Loading and unloading machinery
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Manual handling of materials and finished goods
• Packing products ready for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Always following production and health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Comfortable with manual handling and working on your feet
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
• £13.00 per hour
