Production Operative

PRODUCTION OPERATIVES – NO WEEKENDS!
4-Day Working Week | Immediate Starts | £13.50 + Shift allowance 
Location: Dunkeswell, Honiton

The Role:
We're looking for enthusiastic Production Operatives to join a friendly and supportive team. You'll be working with a variety of products including food supplements, meal replacements, and sports nutrition items. Your main goal? Keep things running smoothly on the production line and help deliver high-quality products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Mixing and preparing recipes to exact product specifications
• Blending, filling, labelling and packaging products
• Operating machinery across production and storage areas
• Loading/unloading machines and packaging finished goods
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Working towards daily production targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in FMCG or machine operation is a bonus, but not essential
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
• A good understanding of English (both written and spoken)
• Someone organised, reliable, and eager to learn

Pay & Perks:

• £13.50 per hour + Shift allowance 
• Monday to Friday – no weekends!
• Work 4 days out of 5, 4pm – 2am
