Location: Corston, near Malmesbury, SN16
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:00am – 15:30pm
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Contract : Temp to Perm
We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse team supporting the storage and distribution of premium home furnishings, lighting fixtures, and hardware products.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious individual looking for a stable Monday-to-Friday role with a well-established business.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating Counterbalance, Bendi, Pivot Steer, and Flexi forklifts safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Goods-in and stock replenishment duties
- Conducting routine equipment checks
- Maintaining accurate stock control and warehouse records
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
- Supporting general warehouse operations as required
Essential Requirements
- Valid and in-date Counterbalance, Bendi, Pivot Steer and/or Flexi forklift licences
- Previous warehouse and forklift operating experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own transport is essential due to the location of the site
- Strong understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
Important Information
