360 Recruitment Consultant
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08:30am-17:00pm
Salary: £29,000-£32,00 dependent on experience + Bonus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Southend
Duties Include
- Support business growth through lead generation and business development activities.
- Arrange and attend client service and sales meetings.
- Help the branch achieve KPI, performance, and service targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and CRM systems.
- Complete pre-employment checks, references, and right-to-work verification in line with compliance requirements.
- Match candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and client needs.
- Manage candidate availability and placement for temporary assignments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate recruitment activity to meet workforce demands.
- Manage bookings, staffing fulfilment, and workforce planning.
- Resolve client and candidate issues promptly and professionally.
- Guide and support candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Deliver an excellent experience for both clients and candidates while contributing to branch growth.
Skills
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.
- Full UK driving licence + own transport.
