Job Title: Sales & Export Co-ordinator

Job Summary

The Sales & Export Co-ordinator is responsible for managing international customer relationships while overseeing the complete export sales order process. This includes order entry, documentation, customs compliance, and shipping coordination.

The role acts as a key link between Sales and Operations, ensuring accurate information flow and enhancing the overall customer experience. The postholder will contribute to building a cohesive, high-performing operations function while delivering outstanding service to external customers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Order Processing

  • Manage day-to-day sales order processing for export customers.
  • Ensure accurate order entry and maintenance within Dynamics 365.
  • Represent the customer by ensuring accurate communication between Sales and Operations.
  • Maintain precise delivery documentation compliant with regulatory requirements.

Export & Logistics Coordination

  • Oversee end-to-end export processes, including documentation and customs compliance.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
  • Ensure customer delivery commitments are met in full and on time.
  • Monitor and reduce order processing backlog.

Customer & Internal Collaboration

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers.
  • Act as the key customer interface for inquiries, issue resolution, and product information.
  • Work cross-functionally with Design, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Demonstrate ambassadorial, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field (desirable)

Skills & Competencies

Knowledge

  • Sales order processing and export documentation
  • ERP/CRM systems
  • Understanding of regulatory and customs compliance
  • Product/service knowledge relevant to contract manufacturing

Experience

  • Previous experience in sales support or sales administration
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong administrative and data management background
