Job description

gap personnel is recruiting for an immediate start, a skilled MIG / TIG Welder to join their production team. you will be joining a busy manufacturing business based in Stow Maries. Essex.

MIG / TIG Welder

Location: Stow Maries CM3
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (regular overtime available)
Pay: Competitive / negotiable depending on experience

 

Duties:

  • MIG and TIG welding mild steel components

  • Production welding to drawings and specifications

  • Fabrication of flat and formed steel parts

  • Maintaining quality and consistency in a production environment

Requirements:

  • Proven MIG and TIG welding experience

  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings

  • Experience with light to medium gauge steel

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines

  • Production or manufacturing background preferred

  • Stable, full-time hours, 42.5hrs weekly.
