We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced distribution environment. This is a hands-on role involving picking, packing, and general warehouse cleaning duties, helping ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Working Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 (40-hour week)
• Includes 1-hour unpaid break per day
• Occasional Saturdays required
• Some early starts (from 06:00) may also be needed depending on operational demand
• £13.50ph

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Assisting with stock movement, organisation, and general warehouse duties
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Supporting the wider team to meet daily dispatch targets

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good level of physical fitness (manual handling involved)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
• Flexible approach to occasional overtime and varied start times
