<p>Our client based in Witham are recrutiing for 3* Window Fabricators to join its team on a temporary to permanent basis.</p><p>The client is a busy site with long term roles moving to permanent work and will offer further training and development.</p><p>Hours of work are;</p><p>0600am-1430pm, Monday to Thursday</p><p>0600am-14.00pm Friday&nbsp;</p><p>Pay &pound;12.71 on level 1 skill rising after 12 weeks.</p><p>Different pay grades to apply to skilled people, this will be discussed at interview and assessesd on skill.</p><p>Duties include;</p><ul>
<li>Assist in the manufacturing of windows of various sizes&nbsp;</li><li>Operating machines to cut &amp; size UPVC profiles&nbsp;</li><li>Operating CNC cutting machine&nbsp;</li><li>Adding beading and assembling windows</li><li>Working to company targets&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring all work is completed to health &amp; safety standards&nbsp;</li><li>Complete training on all work areas as needed;</li></ul>
<p>The succesful candidate will;</p><ul>
<li>Have experience operating machines&nbsp;</li><li>Be confident to use hand tools</li><li>Preferably have experience in manufacturing&nbsp;</li><li>Be able to get to Witham for shifts reliably</li></ul>
